Track & Field

This summer program is designed to introduce the fundamentals of distance running and track & field.
Skill development will be stressed throughout the season and participants will have a basic understanding of sprint and distance running and field events, rules, sportsmanship and self-discipline.
Participants practice once per week on a weeknight beginning in mid-May and compete in meets on Saturdays beginning in June. Dates, times, and locations vary by season.
