No casts, hard or soft, are allowed during league play.
Jewelry is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to watches, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, or other piercings (taping over is not allowed), and acrylic nails. Hair adornments (hair beads, hard head bands, hair bobby pins, hard hair clips) may be worn in the hair if they are secured close to the head and do not present a risk of injury to the player, teammates, or opponents (at the discretion of Site Supervisors and Officials). Inclement Weather Reminders
Denver Parks and Recreation may cancel or delay games or practices due to wet/unsafe playing conditions, cold temperatures (below 40 degrees Fahrenheit), imminent threat of lightning (within 10 miles of location), or other adverse weather conditions.
Practice cancelations are typically determined by coaches & Recreation Centers, except in the case of citywide weather closures. Outdoor practices may be moved indoors, pending gym availability at your Recreation Center. Contact your coach or Center Coordinator for more information.
Site Supervisors may need to cancel/delay games due to weather conditions unique to each site. Those decisions will be made at the site based on conditions at game time.
Cancelations for league games will be announced here and on the Denver Youth Sports Weather Line (720-865-0595) whenever possible.
Canceled games will be rescheduled, when possible, based on location availability.
